Walking on the streets of India

We ventured out on a walk for the first time by ourselves. We saw so many wild animals including stray cats and dogs. While we were walking it got really hot and the sound of honking cars was a little overwhelming. There were many side shops and interesting (not so great) smells. The sidewalk we traveled along was cracked, uneven and broken with many plants and trees sprouting through. It felt unsafe to be traveling along this path, but I think thats only because everything is still so new. The Streets are not kept as clean as the streets back in Texas which is also something I will need to get used to.
